Our Story
HelenCare Legacy & Advocacy, LLC was created to help families navigate senior care decisions with clarity, compassion, and excellence. Founder-led and boutique by design, HelenCare provides outcome-based guidance and advocacy rooted in more than 25 years of senior living leadership, including executive leadership within a nationally recognized healthcare system and a long-standing commitment to quality and resident-centered care.
HelenCare is also deeply personal—this company is named in honor of my grandmother, Helen, who was instrumental in my life and helped shape my love for caring for older adults. Her example of steadiness, compassion, and respect for everyone continues to inspire the way I serve families today.
Our Team
HelenCare Legacy & Advocacy, LLC is founder-led by Laurie (Henley) Turner a senior living executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across the senior care continuum. Throughout her career, Laurie has led community operations, developed and supported high-performing teams, and partnered with families through complex care transitions—always grounded in dignity, integrity, and excellence.
Today, Laurie brings that executive-level expertise to families and organizations through HelenCare—delivering boutique, outcome-based guidance and advocacy designed to simplify complex decisions, support care transitions, and uphold dignity at every stage of aging.
